How to proceed :
If the house is available for the dates you require you can proceed to booking.
First step :
send an email confirming your wishes. Once we receive this and have checked availability we will send back an email confirming your provisional booking. You will find two attached files:
- Terms and conditions that you must read, print and sign, and send back in agreement at the same address as the booking form.
- Booking form that you can fill in, and either send back with the prior or email back.
Provisional bookings are only held for 7 days.
Second step :
Send your deposit of 150£ according to mail instructions.
The initial deposit is not refundable.
Third step :
pay the balance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

If the balance is not received by the due date it will be treated as a cancellation and we will put the house on advert again.
